A federal operations solutions provider used in-house and partner vendors to ensure the staffing target was met for a contact center contract. The problem arose from the multiple systems used to onboard staff, with each system producing employee data files at varying times. Although the data structure of employee files was consistent, the schedule made it difficult to gather the information necessary to reduce onboarding time.

Employing low code/no code solutions from the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, we set a goal to develop a process of ingesting data files using content understanding, processing, and compliance. The capabilities implemented automated and optimized the onboarding lifecycle. This reduced the transfer and consumption of employee data across multiple systems by 60%.

The implementation process was swift and straightforward:
